The consultation service is only for physicians, nurse practitioners physicians assistants and Therapist. Below is the services we offer to you: -Help with getting a hire reimbursement rate. -Need help treating a patient of yours that is not responding to treatment. -Opening your own medical office online or brick and mortar location. -Insurance credentialing, including Medicare and Medicaid -AHCA applications -CLIA Application -Permits and more -Marketing Services start at $300 an hour to fill out form on your behalf. Business consultations start at $400 per 30 minutes. Services start at $500 an hour to show you how to fill out forms. Help with treating your patient starts at $400 for half an hour. All services are non-refundable. There is 4% credit card convenience fee. Dispute of any kind: The is $200 dispute fee and additional $1,000 fee per hour rounded up to the nearest 15 mins. If legal services are required for any reason, you agree to a $20,000.00 fee plus legal fees incurred. If TCL Medical is affected in any way negative way/manner by a client(s) there is a base fee of $50,000.00 plus damages and any other form(s) of loss.
