Injections Offered - Starts at $29 Credit Card Concience Fee of 4% B12 is the only injection the client/patient may get without being established patient to get. All other injections the patient needs to be at least an injection and IV hydration estabilished patient (New Patient charge is $100). All other types of established patient may get any injections approved by one of our medical providers. B12 1,000 mcg - $29 per injection Fat Burning: Lipo B - per injection Lipo C - per injection Lipo C + B12 injection Glutathione Alpha Lipoic Acid L-Arginine Injection NAD+ injection Exam needed with select injections - $60 for established patients, new patient $100 Conveniently book tentative appointments online and then: -staff will call you to confirm appointments and collect deposit -All injections require a deposit (the deposit is the cost on a single injection of each being requested) before appointment are confirmed. All deposits are non-refundable. All injections must be used within 30 days of initial injection. Appointment cancellation is $100 or the cost of the injection, whichever is less. No show or missed appointments are $100 charge or the cost of the injection, whichever is less.
