This option is for patients that want to be healthier, happier and live longer! -Healing-oriented approach that utilizes Traditional and Natural Medicine that takes in to account the whole person, including all aspects of lifestyle. This approach emphasizes the therapeutic relationship between practitioner and patient and "Root-Cause Analysis." -Comprehensive Holistic Primary Care -Medication prescriptions will be written/ordered as needed. -Holistic recommendations offered -Prescription for labs will be written/ordered as needed. -Medical excuse notes for work or school can be provided on day of exam as requested. New Patient Holistic Exam $400 (1hr) Holistic Follow Ups $200 (30 Mins) Extra time is $100 per 15 mins. -Deposit for this Exam is $200. -Deposite are non-refundable. -Book Appointments Responsibly: Missed, changed or Canceled Appointment is $200. -Prices are good until December 31, 2022.
