-Up to 2 medications refilled. -Each additional medication is $15. -All medications prescribed under this special is for a 30-day supply. -No Controlled Medications. -Online appointments only. -In person is $20 extra fee. -No Psych Medications under this offer. Must be an established patient for any psych medications to be prescribed. Conveniently book tentative appointments online and then: -staff will call you to confirm appointments and collect deposit -All online appointments require a deposit (the deposit is cost of the exam) before appointments are confirmed.
