If you are existing patient then you will simply need a follow-up exam. -Appointments need to made online and paperwork must be filled out prior to visit for the advertised price. -Walk-in additional charges is $25. Save by booking appointment online. -Collection fee of $20 to $60 will apply for lab draws, depends on the number of labs. -At Home collection charge $99 -If you are more than 5 minutes late your appointment you may have an extended wait time. All lab draw appointments require a $35 deposit for appointments. Appointment cancellations fee is $35 within 7 days of appointment.
